The new CASIO Scanning Board, (S-board), is the quick and easy way to configure an entry-level scanning system using the TK-2300 and CE-4700. Once the S-Board is connected to the existing main board of the ECR, control is automatically switched from the main board to the Scanning Board. In this configuration, the S-Board's powerful CPU manages all cash register applications, including programming, in-line/on-line, scanning, communications, and X/Z consolidation.

The main board's CPU controls the peripheral devices of the ECR, including keyboard, display, and printers. All of this make the new CASIO S-Board the quick and easy way to literally double the power of your existing ECR.
